Only what you submit through the forms on this site. The pilot-request form collects a name, email, institution, decision class, and notes. The Evidence Gap Index signup collects an email address. There are no accounts, no databases, no analytics scripts, and no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Pilot-request submissions are used to reply about a pilot. Index signup emails are used for exactly two messages: a link to the PDF, and one update when FinCEN issues the final AML/CFT program rule. Nothing else. We do not sell, share, or enrich this data.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox as email (via Resend, an email delivery service) and live there. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request logs as any host does.

Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected], and we will delete what we hold about you. No form, no waiting period.
